"The Police Emerald Society of Tidewater raised money Thursday night for the family of a Chesapeake police detective killed last week while searching a narcotics warrant.
The fundraiser for the family of Det. Jarrod Shivers started at 7:00 p.m. at Paradocks Restaurant on Eden Way South in Greenbrier. "
